My oxygen mask theory. On airplanes the flight attendants remind us that if the air in the cabins go out - oxygen masks will fall... place your mask over YOUR head first and then assist your children and others around you. Makes sense to me... I have to BREATHE to help others.

So the MOM's went out tonight for a little OXYGEN TIME (OT)... while the daddy's watched the kids. We shopped at Macy's, browsed around the mall, ate dinner and then decided to give 2009 a NEW LOOK! Tori had already chopped her hair earlier in the day... and that is what started the CHANGE! Tori's cute little pixie inspired Amy to chop hers off, too... and WOW, it looks so good! Shelly cut hers about 3 inches shorter.... and mine was already short... so not much change - some layers & side bangs - CHANGE was definitely necessary!

Looks like 2009 is off to a good start. Our oxygen masks are on... we're breathin' right... and our 12 kids & hubbies can only benefit from a few hours of OT! The saying is so true...
